Lincoln Pacific Investments was created for one purpose: To help investors make money in real estate. Our philosophy was built around the reality that the affordability of property in California was (and still is!) way out of reach, and that investors needed a vehicle that was affordable and still made sense. 

Our philosophy is to nationally search out real estate investment opportunities.   Everything we do here at LPI is built around how to find and bring the right investment to our investors.  Investors have many different kinds of ideas about investing, but we have found that they all want the same thing; they want their investment vehicle to be more profitable than anything else they can find.  Our goal is to put them in on the inside track to achieving this objective. 

As the brokers of Lincoln Pacific Investments, Jack Chamberlain and Joe Quinlin are longtime friends.  Although not joining forces in business until 2003, their paths seemed to cross unintentionally since 1993.  From competing sports teams in high school, to attending the same University and finally finding the same passion for real estate, their similar experiences and close friendship have now become an important asset to how their company is run.  Their similar vision and passion for social responsibility have led them to many new innovative ideas that have changed they way they look at their jobs. 

We have discovered some tremendous opportunities and we have a passion for sharing them with others. 

Here at LPI we are full of energy, innovation, and creativity.  Knowledge of the industry…etc…ever since we started in real estate we’ve been constantly gathering information and learning about different aspects of the real estate market.  We’ve researched and have experience in home sales, financing, land sales, commercial sales, owner carries, multi-family properties, property management, rehabbing property, Section 8 Housing, etc…Our philosophy is to go where the deals are.  Be in the right place at the right time, and be there on purpose.  We never want to be complacent in our daily quest to find our clients the best real estate investment deals available.  We have bought cash flow investments, growth, properties for improvement, single families, land, and been involved in many creatively financed transactions.  This has all led us to set out on a venture where our primary focus is real estate investing.  Our secondary focus is helping our clients out in the local market with any real estate or mortgage needs
