Congratulations to our investors who took advantage of the North Park Condos at $139,000! Hopefully all will go according to plan and you will be able to flip or rent those ASAP! We still have 1 unit reserved (reserving parties haven’t pulled the trigger,) so if anybody is still interested, call us today!
For the larger investors, we have again found some investments that have not reached the open market! We have some condo conversions with up to 300k (estimated) per unit “equity.” These are only a few blocks from the ocean, and should be highly marketable. Out Of State Investments
For those of you who are interested in property outside of San Diego, several of our clients have found out that there are many unique opportunities. Congratulations to everyone who was able to buy into Cannonsgate on Bogue Sound. This is an amazing, upscale community that is positioned right on the intercoastal water way. As of February 2007 the project went vertical, and we are excited for all of you who were able to get in this project at the pre-development stage!
For those of you who bought into Summerhouse in Holly Ridge, there is a release to the general public this coming weekend. As there are no properties still available on any water (The Bay, Spicer Lake, Ponds) in the project, those lots purchased will prove to be valuable. We are already re-listing lots that were initially purchased at the price of $279,000 on Spicer Lake for around $385,000, and it has only been about four months since we closed! This project is still in the pre-development stage, and the developer is re-launching it 3 more times to the public this year!
